Had a positive reservation. Store opened around corner one 24/7 one at 7am .. train and stores six blocks right on Pennsylvania. Cab to the gateway mall and bus 83 back. Items were in a new suitcase, had olan to get cab once knew where standing but bus was there, same thing. Hot water was hot 🔥 and had good pressure, TV was fine just way too many options I had to turn it off because it was just too much to choose from and I push wrong button I etc etc. I'm relaxing not going to stress myself with all that extra stuff.

I loved the whole experience..the room was super clean the hotel smells so good..service was on point..im definitely staying in that hotel again..thank you for everything..see you soon

Outstanding Staff, and Impeccable Cleanliness I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by both the staff and the security team. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, making my stay smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was also truly impressive. My room and all common areas were spotless and well-maintained, which made the environment feel fresh, safe, and inviting throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of friendly staff, and high standards of cleanliness made this stay outstanding. Highly recommended!

I spent a few days here in July, and the time spent in the hotel was great. There was very minimal noise during the night, other than the other guests coming in and out the rooms. The rooms were spotless. Im not sure what the other reviews were talking about, each time we left and came back the bathroom was spotless, as well the room. The refrigerator kept everything crisp cold, and the AC was heaven sent. The front desk was helpful and courteous. 10/10 especially for the price of the rooms, will recommend to others!
